Wishful Wednesday: A Girl Can Dream, Can't She?Wishful Wednesday

Stopped at red light about a week or so ago, I noticed this spiffy little convertible. Of course, I would prefer red, but this was a nice shade of blue. I'm sure I could live with it!

Yes (imagine my head bobbing up and down and a big smile on my face), I'm quite sure I wouldn't mind having one in my garage to take out on warm, sunny days!

Donna, Post this pic on your fridge and before you know it, you may be riding in one and a red one at that! The power of the positive!

Good morning Donna.  Yes indeed a gal and a guy both can dream.  Debbie's been looking at Coopers but she just can't commit.  The car she has now is a 2000 and only has 40,000 miles on it.  We always jump in my SUV (gas hog) instead of taking her car.  I'm nudging her to go for the dream and get that Cooper.  I hope you do the same!

It is a beautiful car, however I agree with the idea of it being red.

Wanda~ I'm far too practical. I'd have to have some serious disposable income to even consider something so playful!

John~ I'm happy with my every day car, a Lexus RX330 with 100k+. She's been good to me. Sometimes though, I just want to play!

Donny~ Red is the ONLY way to go!

Donna, you would good in this convertible with your hair flying.  But, you are right, if it was red it would be sweeter!

Donna - red is my fav color but you do get pulled over more in a red car. This one would look good on you in red or blue.

The fun thing about dreaming like that is that if it's really important, you can have it. In real life, priorities do get in the way.

Wonder what kind of gas mileage it gets. Just curious to how it would compare to today's tiny, fuel efficient cars.

Convertibles are truly NIFTY, if I can use that word Donna, and if you just let your hair get all blown around and not bother you, WHAT A RIDE. I like that blue color one too...

Donna, a dream can always become a reality. It's always good to have a motivation that pushes us to succeed. This seems like the right shade of blue to me!

Joan~ I would need a scarf and some dark sunglasses to complete the look!

Toni~ Good point, I'd just have to be sure I was a model driver!

Tom~ Maybe someday, but right now it's just a retirement dream. When I have the time to take long day trips and enjoy the open road and the scenery!

Than~ That's a good question. If I had one, I don't think I'd be too worried about gas mileage. I would only use it for joy riding, not every day driving!

Gary~ NIFTY is a great word and I think it describes the feeling I would have driving that car!

Phil~ It's not something I need, or necessary want, but it would be nice to have! :-)

I have been coveting a red miata convertible lately. Exactly what type of car was that one? It kind of looked like a Karmen Ghia.

Kerry~ I've been told that is exactly that...a Karmen Ghia! :-)
