Wacky Wednesday: There are some CHARACTERS in our office!

The Foerster TeamI've always thought it would be fun to have a caricature done. In June, during the annual Parker Days Festival hosted by the Parker Chamber of Commerce, we finally had the opportunity! Unfortunately I didn't plan very well, and we were dressed in our "play clothes" because we were volunteering the day we had the caricature done, oh well! I'm still happy.

It took some time to find the right person to matt and frame it for us. It's unbelieveable how expense that can be. A few weeks ago we hung it up in our office. We want our clients to know that we are serious professionals, with a fun side!

If you are considering a home purchase or sale in Parker, Colorado, please call The Foerster Team with Rocky Mountain Real Estate Advisors. We LIVE, WORK and PLAY in Parker, Colorado. We KNOW Parker!

Donna, how fun that is!  Good for you.  Sometimes we get just a little too focused on the serious, professional side and forget that we are still just normal everyday people!  Great caricature.

This is a tough business and it's important to have a little fun at times.

Jean~ It was hard to sit still while the caricaturist was working. I wanted to peek!

Liz~ You must have been commenting while I was respondig to Jean! I can be a tough business (as I have been reminded on many occasions).

What a cute idea!  Thanks for sharing.

Hello Kathi~ If I had put more thought in to, I would have had the artist put our heads on super hero bodies, complete with capes!

Donna, that is a great picture and really brings out your personalities, great idea to spruce up your office and show your personal side.

Donna, I love it! The casual clothes make it perfect!

Ohhhhh...I think it's really cute. Have a great night, Donna.

Scott~ Our office is so drab. Cream colored walls and not very big. The caricature is the first thing you see when you walk in. I'm hoping we'll be getting a bigger office some time in the next 12 months.

Connie~ It truly shows our personal side!

Debbie L.~ Thanks! I debated hanging at the office or at home. It's not exactly what I had in mind, but I still like it! :-)

I think this is one thing I have always thought about having done, but never gotten around to.

Hi Donna, what a cute picture!  I have thought about getting one done but the line for the artist is usually little kids.  IThanks for sharing!

Chris Ann~ Put it on your bucket list! Just don't wait TOO long!

Karen~ We've tried to have it done before and there was always a line too. We just got lucky, we went early on a Sunday morning before our volunteer shift and we didn't have to wait at all!

Kathleen~ I'm glad. We all need to smile more often!

Donna, how sweet. I love to see caricatures and love to watch the artist!

Posted by Rebecca Gaujot, Realtor®, Lewisburg WV, the go to agent for all real estate (Vision Quest Realty, Martha Hilton, Broker) about 5 years ago

Rebecca~ Oh, I like to watch the artist too! :-) That was the hard part about having it done. I couldn't see what he was doing. I was asking the folks that would walk boy if it looked like us!

Donna, what a great addition to your office!  How fun, and love the photo!

Joan~ Our office is so drab. No windows, boring paint, boring furniture. This adds a little bit of life and fun!
