Let's Move Together: 2011 Arthritis Walk-Denver, Colorado
The Arthritis Foundation has two annual nationwide signature fundraising events each year: The Arthritis Walk in May and the Jingle Bell Run in December. Please join your friends, family, co-workers and neighbors at this year's Arthritis Walk in beautiful Washington Park in Denver. This year's goal is to raise $120,000 to fund arthritis research, health education and government advocacy initiatives.
Worried about the length of the walk or whether or not your four-legged friends are invited? There are two options for the course, both are fully accessible. Option one 5-kilometers (3.1 miles) and option two a one-mile walk. Dogs are welcome. Please visit the Arthritis Walk website for rules regarding pets.
You can register as an individual or as a team, or you can simply make a donation to help make a difference in the lives of 50 million adults and 300,000 children living with arthritis.
